Description
ZONSKY's Cable Flexing Tester simulates severe, continuous bending stress to guarantee the mechanical lifespan of your wire products.
Product applications: Measures critical performance data including fatigue resistance, insulation breakdown, and conductor durability. Helps manufacturers ensure that flexible cables meet strict structural and mechanical safety standards.
Key features: Versatile multi-wheel design (customizable two- or three-wheel setup). Real-world fatigue simulation through continuous sample flexing. Single station, one sample per test cycle.
Complies with standards: IEC 60227-3, VDE 0281-3, BS EN 50525-2-31, NFC C 32-201, UL 62.
Main technical parameters:
- Bending speed: 0.33 m/s for the second pulley, 0.1 m/s for the third pulley.
- Bending stroke: ≥1 meter.
- Test current: Adjustable from 0 to 35A.
- Test voltage: Single-phase two-core AC 0-230V (adjustable); Three-phase AC 0-400V (adjustable), 50Hz.
- Supported cable types: Single-phase two-core, three-phase two-core, three-phase three-core, and four-phase three-core cables.
- Hammer mass: Two pulleys (1.0kg, 1.5kg, 2.0kg, 2.5kg, 3.0kg, 3.5kg, 4.0kg); Three pulleys (14N, 21N, 28N each). Custom hammers available upon request.
- Pulley diameter: Two pulleys: Ø80mm, Ø120mm, Ø160mm, Ø200mm; Three pulleys: Ø40mm, Ø45mm, Ø50mm.
- Fault detection: Detects open circuits, conductor short circuits, cable-pulley short circuits, broken wire indication, and shell/interphase short circuits.
