Description
ZONSKY's Magnetic Core Load Tester measures how well copper-clad soft wires hold up and distribute weight after experiencing an internal core break.
Product applications: Tests the residual structural integrity and tensile strength of cables with intentionally compromised cores. Engineered specifically for load-breaking tests on a wide variety of copper-clad flexible wires and soft cords. Accurately tracks load distribution and tensile limits to ensure safety compliance.
Key features: Core-failure simulation. Real-world stress setup: secures a flexible cord to a rigid support with a 0.5 kg weight suspended 0.5 meters below to replicate practical operational stress.
Complies with standards: IEC 60227-1:2007 and IEC 60227-2:2003.
