ZONSKY's Thermal Stability Test Apparatus is engineered to measure the heat resistance and decomposition limits of PVC compounds used in wire and cable insulation.
Product applications: Specifically designed to evaluate the insulation and sheath materials of PVC wires and cables. Monitors critical changes in weight, physical structure, and chemical composition under high temperatures. Easily assesses thermal degradation, decomposition rates, and stability thresholds.
Key features: Targeted PVC testing, precise material analysis, controlled testing environment with advanced temperature control and a sealed glass tube for highly accurate decomposition testing.
Complies with standards: IEC 60811-3-2:1985, ASTM D624, JIS C 3005.
