ZONSKY's Optical Cable Repeated Bending Tester applies precise, multi-directional bending stress to ensure your cables can withstand rigorous real-world handling.
Product applications: Repeated bending test for optical cables. The test method secures the cable under a tensile load and bends it 90° to both the left and right. Equipped with adjustable bending curvature rollers to effortlessly accommodate different cable diameters.
Key features: Advanced PLC touchscreen control to easily customize bending speeds, cycle durations, and control parameters. Real-time monitoring displaying live test status, including current bending speed and sample cycle counts. Built with high-quality imported motor components for high torque, low noise, precise positioning, and extended service life.
Complies with standard: IEC 60794-1-2:2003 – Optical fiber cable – Part 2: Generic specification – Basic optical cable test procedures.
