Test process: This equipment determines the thermal deformation degree of materials like plastics and wire rubber. The process involves: placing the sample freely in the testing apparatus for 30 minutes at a specific temperature; sandwiching the sample between parallel plates, applying a specified load, and maintaining the same temperature for another 30 minutes; measuring the thickness difference before and after heating; calculating the deformation rate by dividing the thickness difference by the original thickness.
