ZONSKY's Cable Sheath Abrasion Tester simulates real-world friction and scraping to guarantee the long-term protective power of your cable coatings.
Product applications: Measures exact thickness loss, surface breakdown, and overall mechanical integrity. Provides the critical data required to prove your cable sheaths comply with industrial durability and safety standards.
Capacity: Engineered to accommodate plastic oversheaths on wires and cables with outer diameters from 30 mm to 110 mm.
Complies with standards: IEC 60811-1-4, ASTM D2303, ISO 188, EN 60811-1-4, BS 7870-2.

- Radius of curvature: 1-2 mm (angle iron scraper).
- Shaving head stroke: >600 mm.
- Scratching speed: 150-300 mm/s.
