ZONSKY's Fire Extinguisher Impact Tester (Drop Tester) is designed to assess the durability and structural integrity of fire extinguishers under impact forces. This apparatus simulates drops, collisions, or accidental impacts by applying controlled force to the extinguisher, evaluating parameters such as casing resilience, seal integrity, and functional readiness after impact.

Product applications: Durability and structural integrity testing of fire extinguishers under impact forces. Simulation of drops, collisions or accidental impacts to verify casing resistance, seal integrity and post-impact functionality.

Complies with standards: DIN 14521-1987, NF S61-820-11/N12010, NF S61-820-2/N12010.

Test method: Place the fire extinguisher upright so the axis of the steel hammer aligns with the axis of the fire extinguisher. Next, place the fire extinguisher horizontally with the headrest resting on the steel block, ensuring the center of the steel hammer hangs in the middle of the fire extinguisher head, and then the steel hammer falls freely to impact the fire extinguisher head part.
