Description
ZONSKY's LOI Oxygen Index Apparatus model ZY6155A is applicable to strip or sheet materials with a sample thickness of less than 10.5 mm that can stand upright and support themselves.
Product applications: It is applicable to homogeneous solid materials, laminates, foams, sheets and films with an apparent density greater than 100 kg/m³, as well as some foam materials with an apparent density of less than 100 kg/m³. It also provides a test method for sheet materials or films that can stand upright and support themselves, to determine the ease with which a material burns when in contact with a flame in air.
Outstanding features: The instrument has a reasonable structural design, making it convenient to operate, use, and maintain. The testing system uses an imported oxygen sensor and displays the results digitally. Made of high-quality painted material, it is aesthetically pleasing, rust-proof, and corrosion-resistant. The equipment has safety protection devices: power overload protection, short circuit protection, and control circuit overload protection.
Complies with standards: ISO 4589-2-2017, JIS K 7201:2007, ASTM D2863, and EN 13501-1.
Key specifications: Measurement range 0~100% O2, resolution 0.1% L/min, measurement accuracy Class 2.5. Combustion tube made of quartz glass, inner diameter 75mm, height 450mm. Gas flow velocity at the top of the combustion tube: 90mm±10mm/s. Input pressure adjustable from 0.25 to 0.5 MPa. Includes dedicated handheld electronic igniter for propane.
