Vertical Fire Resistance Furnace – Model ZY6248A-PC for testing doors, shutters, and building components

ZONSKY's ZY6248A-PC Vertical Fire Resistance Furnace is applicable to fire resistance tests of products such as doors and roller shutter assemblies installed at openings in vertical partition components that have lost their integrity of thermal insulation. It is also applicable to fire resistance tests of products such as fire doors, glass-paneled components, fire-resistant roller shutters, and fire-resistant glass products.

Product applications: Fire resistance tests for non-loadbearing elements (walls), loadbearing elements (walls, balconies, walkways, stairs), fire dampers for service installations, door and shutter assemblies, and glazed elements.

Key features: One furnace multi-purpose, compatible with multiple standards. Fully automatic PID control system with excellent stability and repeatability. Windows interface with LabVIEW software. Furnace design life over 15 years, built using American GOVMARK technology. Multi-layer safety protection system including duct thermal protection, pressure relief protection, gas leak detection, and burner safety protection.

Key specifications: Internal chamber measuring 3000mm (W) × 3000mm (H) × 1250mm (D). Four-layer structure with refractory bricks and ceramic fiber, fire resistance temperature reaching 1600°C. 6 burners with 320kW power each.
