Emergency Lighting Test Equipment – Functionality, brightness and reliability tests according to ISO 30061, EN 1838, IEC 60598-2-22

ZONSKY's Emergency Lighting Test Equipment is designed to assess the functionality, brightness, and reliability of emergency lighting and evacuation indicators under simulated fire conditions. This apparatus tests parameters such as luminance, battery backup duration, visibility in smoke-filled environments, and directional accuracy of exit signals.

Product applications: It is suitable for fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication systems installed in general industrial and civil buildings, as well as system lights with special performance installed in other environments.

Complies with standards: ISO 30061:2007, EN 1838, IEC 60598-2-22, NFPA 101 and AS 2293.1.

Main test parameters:

• Charge and discharge test: Component surface temperature detection, battery charging current detection (maximum 0.05Cₐ), discharge current detection (range 0.01mA–10mA, resolution 0.01mA), main power state time (0–99 minutes adjustable), emergency state time (0–999 seconds adjustable), repeatable conversion 0–999 times.
• Charge and discharge durability: 0–999 cycles adjustable, full charge time recording (0–999 hours), discharge time recording (0–999 minutes).
• Insulation resistance test: Range 1kΩ–10TΩ, test voltage DC500V ± 50V.
• Withstand voltage test: Test voltage AC 0–5kV, leakage current AC 0–20mA, test time 1–99 seconds.
• Grounding resistance test: Constant current 5–30A, resistance range 0–600mΩ.
• Control: Touch screen + PLC + modular acquisition and control system.
