ZONSKY's UL94 Flame Spread Test Equipment assesses the combustion performance of plastic parts and non-metallic materials under a 50W flame. It determines whether the material burns horizontally or vertically and establishes its plastic combustion level.
Product applications: Evaluation of combustion performance of plastic parts and non-metallic materials. Classification of plastic combustion level (horizontal or vertical).
Complies with standards: UL 94-2017 (Horizontal burning test), ASTM D635, ASTM D3801, and IEC 60695-11-10.
Main technical features: Combustion chamber with volume of 0.5m³, precision-processed CNC machine structure with smooth, aesthetically designed arc shape. The chamber top has a strong circulation system, discharging exhaust gas outdoors after the test is completed. The burner produces 50W flame power, complying with ASTM D5027. Inner diameter of burner outlet: ϕ9.5mm, seam outlet: ϕ0.91 ± 0.03mm. Sample holder with horizontal test angle of 0 degrees and vertical test angle of 45 degrees. Sample size: 150mm – 150mm.
