Description
ZONSKY's Fire Hose Reel Testing Device is designed to assess the airtightness and pressure retention capabilities of fire hose reels. This apparatus subjects the hose reel and its connections to high-pressure water tests to detect leaks and verify sealing integrity.
Product applications: It is suitable for testing the sealing performance, pressure resistance, outer diameter expansion rate, and axial elongation rate of fire hose reels with water, dry powder, and foam fire extinguishing agents. It is applicable to a maximum working pressure of 0.4 MPa, with a maximum hose diameter of 38 mm.
Complies with standards: DIN 14521-1987, NF S61-820-1/IN12010, NF S61-820-2/IN12010.
Main technical parameters:
- Hydraulic test bench: Test medium: pure water. Pressure range: 0 – 15 MPa. Boost rate: 5 – 10 MPa/min adjustable. Pressure accuracy: ±0.005 MPa. Pressure holding time: 0 – 99.99 min. Pressure fluctuation: ≤ ±0.03 MPa.
- Air pressure test bench: Pressure range: 0 – 10 MPa. Test medium: air. Pressure measurement accuracy: ±0.5% Full Scale (FS). Boost rate: 0.1 – 0.6 MPa/min adjustable. Control mode: automatic/manual.
- Hose performance test: Complies with GB15009-2005 section 6.8. Includes external diameter expansion and axial elongation test device with test stand, two smooth shafts (150mm and 200mm diameter), and a 4.5 kg suspended weight.
- Control: Computer and PLC for data collection and control. Controlled by frequency converter.
- Dimensions: Host volume: Length 2m, Width 0.85m, Height 1.65m. Total weight: 550 kg.
