ZONSKY's ZY6017F Flammability Test Apparatus is designed to determine the static smoke production when building materials and their products are burned. It can also be used to determine the static smoke production of other solid materials during combustion.
Product applications: Evaluation of ignitability of products subjected to direct flame impingement, fire reaction classification of construction products and building elements according to EN 13501-1, and single-flame source test according to ISO11925-2:2026.
Key features: Made of stainless steel sheet with electrostatic spraying and high-temperature baking paint. Fully compliant with ISO11925-2:2026. Stable performance, simple operation, and long service life.
Key specifications: Flame height 20±1mm, burner tilt angle 45°, anemometer range 0.01m/s to 30.0m/s, propane gas purity ≥95% (customer-supplied), combustion time settable from 0 to 99 minutes and 99 seconds. Includes 300mm observation mirror and aluminum collection tray.
