ZONSKY's Cable Combustion Tester for Wires and Cables is a specialized testing device designed to evaluate the fire performance and combustion characteristics of wire and cable assemblies under controlled conditions. This apparatus subjects samples to standardized flame exposure, measuring critical parameters such as ignition time, flame spread rate, heat release rate, and smoke production.

Product applications: The system integrates a combustion box and control panel, ensuring convenient on-site installation and debugging. Its automated ignition function and real-time temperature and time display enhance usability. The system is designed for easy operation, observation, and data recording.

Complies with standards: UL 1581:2006, Section 1060 (Vertical Burning and FT1 Test); Section 1061 (Cable Burning Test); Section 1080 (VW-1 Burning Test); Section 1100 (Horizontal Specimen/FT2 Burning Test Requirements).

Main technical features:

• Test box: Volume > 4m³, test flame area > 2.0m². Interior made of 12mm thick electrostatic high-temperature paint steel plate. Exterior with black matte anti-rust and anti-corrosion paint.
• Ventilation & exhaust system: Forced exhaust system located at the back of the box.
• Operating equipment: Transparent observation window with 600mm corrosion-resistant long-arm gloves. Anti-fog and anti-smoke incandescent lamp.
