NBS Smoke Density Chamber – Equipment for measuring smoke generation according to ISO5659-2 and ASTM E662

ZONSKY's NBS Smoke Density Chamber measures smoke generation by tracking how much light is obscured by smoke particles over time, providing a quantitative assessment of smoke density.

Main technical features: The test chamber dimensions are 914±3mm width, 914±3mm height, and 610±3mm depth, made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Hinged front door with viewing window and smoke-sealing rubber gasket. The radiation cone device includes a 2500W electric heating tube, weighing unit, PID controller, heat flow meter, and ignition system. Produces radiation intensity of 10kW/m² to 50kW/m² at the sample surface center, with control accuracy of ±0.6 kW/m².
