ZONSKY's ZY6017D-PC Non-Combustibility Apparatus, in accordance with ISO 1182, is used for determining the non-combustibility performance of building and railway materials under a 750°C furnace.
Product applications: Evaluation of reaction to fire for products according to ISO 1182:2020 – Non-combustibility test, and fire classification of construction products and building elements according to EN 13501-1.
Key features: Reasonable structure, stable performance, and easy operation. Windows operating interface, LabVIEW style, and comprehensive security mechanisms. Real-time display of measurement results, automatically and accurately recording the required temperature rise and measurement time, and dynamically plotting curves. Data can be permanently saved, retrieved, and printed.
Key technical specifications: The heating furnace tube is made of bauxite refractory material with density of (2800±300) kg/m³, height of (150±1) mm, inner diameter of (75±1) mm, and wall thickness of (10±1) mm. The heating coil is a nickel-chromium resistance strip (80% nickel, 20% chromium) of 1.0mm thickness. Includes a 500mm long inverted conical air stabilizer and thermocouples to measure furnace temperature, furnace wall temperature, and sample center temperature. PLC control system with computer operation software.
