The FA Series is a servo hydraulic injection molding machine. The injection carriage adopts linear guides, ensuring precise and stable operation. The servo injection closed-loop system accurately controls the speed of each shot, with injection time stability >99.9% and stable molded product weight. The integrated and optimized hydraulic manifold and cylinder improve injection response and expand the product application range. A highly mixing screw improves the L/D ratio and meets high injection volume product requirements. Optional modular specification offers a high-speed type to flexibly meet requirements such as food packaging and thin-walled container industries. An electric motor with brake provides stable adjusting control and position. Tie bar spacing increases to allow more flexible choices for mold application. Platen strength improvement increases rigidity by 30%, lowers mold plate deformation, and improves mold lifetime. The smooth mold closing speed curve design, plus an S-curve speed command, reduces machine vibration.
