Description

This all-electric two-component injection molding machine adopts multiple independent barrels for parallel injection, greatly shortening cycle time. The injection carriage is equipped with linear guides and has low charging back pressure, reducing melt overflow. The servo rotary table speed is improved by 30%-50%, shortening cycle time and enabling fast and smooth speed switching. It switches rotating direction with positioning accuracy up to 0.005°, making injection molded products more precise and stable. Tie bars are not embedded in the platen to reduce pollution, abrasion, and power consumption, making it suitable for medical and electronic parts. Intelligent mold clamp low-pressure protection reduces the risk of mold crush. The whole machine is controlled by servo motors; all movement is fast and stable. Compared with a hydraulic machine, it saves electricity by 40-70%. With high-speed production and multi-axis synchronous control, it provides customers with the shortest cycle time design, and the stability of the molded product weight is within 0.3%. It supports the OPCUA protocol, can be integrated with the iMF 4.0 smart management system, and provides differentiated services.
