Description

The FB-R Series rotary table two-component injection molding machine features a servo motor-controlled rotary table that reduces rotation time by more than 50% while ensuring stable speed switching. The rotary table does not touch the mold plate during rotation, preventing wear and tear. An accurate rotary positioning clamper protects the mold. It supports various injection types for multi-component molding. Multiple independent barrels enable parallel injection, greatly shortening cycle time. Equipped with a KEBA control system (operation mode scan < 1 ms), it guarantees precise and stable machine operation.

Applications: Automotive parts (seals, knobs), electronic housings with soft-grip overmolding, household appliance components, tool handles, and medical device parts.
