Description
La série FB-R, machine de moulage par injection bi-composant à table rotative, dispose d'une table rotative commandée par servomoteur qui réduit le temps de rotation de plus de 50 % tout en garantissant un changement de vitesse stable. La table rotative ne touche pas la plaque de moule pendant la rotation, ce qui évite l'usure. Un dispositif de serrage précis de positionnement rotatif protège le moule. Elle prend en charge divers types d'injection pour le moulage multi-composants. Plusieurs cylindres indépendants permettent une injection parallèle, réduisant considérablement le temps de cycle. Équipée d'un système de contrôle KEBA (mode de fonctionnement scan < 1 ms), elle garantit un fonctionnement précis et stable de la machine.
Applications : pièces automobiles (joints, boutons), boîtiers électroniques avec surmoulage souple, composants électroménagers, poignées d'outils et pièces de dispositifs médicaux.
