Sway – Semi-Carousel Rotational Molding Machine

The Sway version has the same functionality as the Shuttle version, but it is designed on a half version of the Carousel system. This allows different cycles without compromising production, while also enabling future transformation into the Carousel system to increase productivity.

Applications:Ideal for processing plastic materials such as polycarbonate, PET, polyethylene, and recycled materials through rotational molding.

The machine consists of:

• Oven with high insulating power
• Modulating burner with combustion control
• Independent trolleys with straight or square arms and interchangeability
• Electric panel with touch-screen for complete machine management
• Safety barriers with acoustic alarms
• External console for loading, unloading, and setup operations
• Teleservice
• Configuration up to 6 workstations

Optional:

• Work platform

Configuration: The rotary column at the center of the machine is the system's fulcrum. The trolleys rotate around it with their respective arms, guiding the mold through the loading/unloading, oven, and cooling positions. All controlled by new, highly intuitive and easy-to-use software.
