rom “Officine Meccaniche Roberto Marta & C. Snc” to SA.G.E.M SRL The founder, Roberto Marta, in the early 1960s founded the “Officine Meccaniche Roberto Marta & C. Snc”, which evolved during the 1980s into the current SA.G.E.M. Srl, a leading company in the field of handling for industrial furnaces, of different materials using rollers, in the field of ceramics, bricks and the like, metallurgical industry, treatment and glazing of ferrous parts, glass etc. To handling we have combined the entire automation system, to give the customer a finished product that can guarantee maximum yield and minimum waste. Thanks to this technical background and the continuous requests for collaborations with large Italian and international groups, SA.G.E.M. has accepted these new challenges in other technological fields and, using qualified technical staff, has generated and refined new projects. In the field of plastic material transformation, it has introduced dosers, mixers and shredders for recycled materials such as polycarbonate, PET, polyethylene, etc., up to the production of rotational moulding systems. With great pride we can say that SA.G.E.M. SRL has won the challenge and is already present on the world market with all its plants. After the death of the founder, his daughters Sara, Emilia and his son-in-law Enrico, who grew up within the company, are continuing the work started by their father. SA.G.E.M. thus reaches its 50th year of activity, having an enviable wealth of experience, as well as continuous and innovative proposals that look at the future needs of its customers. Today, SA.G.E.M.'s products and projects are present all over the world.
