FCS Group was founded in 1974 and is currently the largest professional manufacturer of injection molding machines in Taiwan, as well as the only publicly listed over-the-counter (OTC) company in the industry. In addition to the Taiwan headquarters and factory, FCS also has production bases in Dongguan, Ningbo, and India. A new plant in Ningbo Qianwan New District was inaugurated in 2024. In total, 70 marketing and service points are located worldwide, 30 of which are in Greater China, providing customers with the most convenient and fast consulting and repair services.

FCS injection molding machines offer clamping force ranging from 50 tons to 4,000 tons and injection volumes from 20 grams up to 120,000 grams. Their application industries include houseware, automotive parts, food packaging, 3C electronics, and medical supplies. In 2010, the company initiated a transformation, moving from purely manufacturing injection molding equipment to full-scale technical resource integration, creating smart solutions for customers.

Launched in 2017, the iMF 4.0 (Intelligent Manufactory) system can be installed on injection molding machines of any brand. It connects with peripheral equipment to achieve autonomous adjustment, uses smart sensing modules to improve product yield, and provides engineering monitoring and feedback suggestions to deliver early warnings and avoid unexpected downtime, helping you seize the initiative in intelligent manufacturing.
