Высокоскоростная машина для однослойной обмотки — это вертикальная обмоточная машина одностороннего действия (для бумажной ленты или алюминиевой фольги), которая наматывает ленту на жилу кабеля с помощью одной обмоточной головки. Она предназначена для силовых кабелей повышенной прочности, контрольных кабелей и оптических кабелей, а также для изолированной проволочной жилы, обмотанной слюдяной лентой, особенно подходит для огнестойких силовых кабелей, используемых на электростанциях, в аэропортах, на судах, в высотных зданиях, подземных сооружениях и зонах отдыха. Принцип работы: машина осуществляет обмотку с помощью одной головки, которая использует ремень для передачи движения, а коническая шестерня обеспечивает вращение катушки в обоих направлениях. Проволока проходит через тяговое колесо для достижения точной и равномерной обмотки. Машина может быть настроена на одну головку, две головки или три головки в соответствии с потребностями заказчика.
