Полное решение для линии производства сварочной проволоки предлагает комплексный процесс, включающий основное, вспомогательное оборудование и оборудование для энергоснабжения. Основное оборудование состоит из волочения проволоки, меднения и намотки. Процесс волочения уменьшает диаметр проволоки с 5,5 или 6,5 мм до заданного диаметра. Меднение покрывает поверхность протянутой проволоки слоем меди, в то время как намотка упаковывает готовую продукцию в пакеты меньшего размера для коммерческой реализации.
Вспомогательное оборудование включает катушки, машину для точечной сварки, стыкосварочную машину, упаковочную машину и лабораторные приборы. Энергия для производства предоставляется заказчиком и включает электроснабжение, источник воды, сжатый воздух, котел и источник тепла по трубопроводам. Принадлежности включают волочильные матрицы, химическое сырье, пластиковые пластины, термоусадочную пленку и картонные коробки.

- Первичное волочение, которое удаляет оксидный слой с сырья диаметром 5,5 мм и уменьшает его до 2,1–2,35 мм.
