Термический тестер напряжения — это современный инструмент, разработанный в соответствии со стандартами GB/T4074.6-2008 и IEC 60851-6, а его проверка соответствует JB/T4279.7-2008. Он используется в сочетании с тестером напряжения для проведения таких испытаний, как пробой напряжения при высокой температуре, отказы при повышенной температуре и тепловой удар. Рабочая камера включает двухъярусную стеллажную полку с регулируемой высотой, что позволяет нагревать образцы, сушить детали и собирать компоненты. Дверца камеры уплотнена силиконовой резиной, что обеспечивает высокую термостойкость и отличные уплотнительные свойства. Имеется широкое окно из двойного закаленного стекла, обеспечивающее четкое наблюдение за образцами или деталями во время нагрева. Высокоточный цифровой контроллер температуры позволяет выполнять цифровую настройку, отображение на экране, сигнализацию о перегреве, регулировку PID (пропорционально-интегрально-дифференциальную) и автоматическую настройку параметров PID. Кроме того, можно программировать время нагрева. Изоляционный вывод выполнен из керамики, что обеспечивает высокую долговечность.
