O Testador de Riscado Recíproco é projetado para medir a resistência ao riscado de camadas de revestimento e isolamento em cabos e fios planos de 0,800 a 5,600 mm (lado estreito), bem como fios redondos esmaltados de 0,100 a 5,000 mm de diâmetro nominal. Está em conformidade com os padrões NEMA e JIS e o padrão de inspeção JB/T4279.15-2008. Este testador permite um controle rápido e eficiente por meio de SCM, oferecendo alta capacidade anti-interferência. Sua mesa de suporte para amostras sobe e desce de forma paralela, mantendo o contato completo com a amostra. A agulha de riscado é vertical à direção de riscado e paralela à mesa de suporte, e o processo de riscado para automaticamente quando o revestimento é riscado e a corrente é ≥5 mA. Um visor LED mostra automaticamente o número de riscados realizados.
