O controlador de temperatura de solvente da Newlead é projetado para avaliar o desempenho de resistência ao solvente de fios esmaltados redondos e planos com diâmetro de condutor nominal superior a 0,250 mm. Está em conformidade com o padrão executivo GB/T4074.4-2008/IEC60851-4 e o padrão de inspeção JB/T4279.10-2008. Esta unidade possui um sistema de aquecimento de solvente que mantém automaticamente uma temperatura constante, permite realizar correções de temperatura e está equipada com temporizador para controle de testes e finalização. Para ser utilizado em combinação com o testador de resistência a solventes NRS-100, seus parâmetros técnicos incluem uma temperatura máxima de serviço de 100 ℃, com uma margem de erro entre a temperatura indicada e a real menor que 3 ℃. Sua faixa de tempo ajustável vai de 0,01 segundos até 99 horas e 99 minutos. A unidade opera com uma potência de entrada de AC220V ± 10% a 50Hz e consome menos de 400W, com dimensões de 240 × 288 × 340 mm e peso de 6 kg.
