El Probador de Continuidad de Película a Baja Presión de Newlead es un equipo de precisión diseñado según los estándares GB/T4074.5-2008/IEC60851-5 y con inspección JB/T4279.12-2008. Este probador evalúa la continuidad del recubrimiento en alambres redondos esmaltados, midiendo el número de perforaciones (pinhole) por unidad de longitud en muestras con diámetros de conductor nominal de 0.050 mm o menos. Incorpora un avanzado sistema de control de microprocesador (SCM), que permite una operación rápida y una alta capacidad de anti-interferencia.
El equipo usa una solución de sulfato de sodio a 30g/L y cuenta con un sistema de circulación automática de la solución. Si se detectan más de 10 defectos por segundo en una muestra, una luz de advertencia se activa. Equipado con un circuito de detección de defectos independiente, el equipo detecta y muestra automáticamente la cantidad de defectos totales y continuos.
