Catamaran at sunset

A catamaran, which deviates quite a bit from the models initially used in the creation of this pictorial exhibition, was my way of rising to the surface after that necessary but painful dive into disconsolate waters.

That's how it is. After the catharsis represented by the work "The Esmeralda Contemplating Valparaíso in Flames," my soul needed a cry for life, color, and freedom. This is how this work came about, "Catamaran at Sunset."

A colorful catamaran sailing through the Baltic Sea while the evening light paints the clouds red, orange, yellow, and gold represents the promise of a better future, hope, and life.

To create this work, I based it on several models that I later fused into a unique creation, highlighting the contrast and power of precise lines.
