Il Tester di Graffio Reciproco è progettato per misurare la resistenza al graffio degli strati di rivestimento e isolamento su cavi e fili piatti da 0,800 a 5,600 mm (lato stretto), nonché su fili tondi smaltati da 0,100 a 5,000 mm di diametro nominale. Conforme agli standard NEMA e JIS e allo standard di ispezione JB/T4279.15-2008. Questo tester consente un controllo rapido ed efficiente tramite SCM, offrendo un'elevata capacità anti-interferenza. Il suo piano di supporto per campioni si alza e si abbassa in modo parallelo, mantenendo il contatto completo con il campione. L'ago di graffio è verticale rispetto alla direzione di graffiatura e parallelo al piano di supporto, e il processo di graffiatura si arresta automaticamente quando il rivestimento viene graffiato e la corrente è ≥5 mA. Un display LED mostra automaticamente il numero di graffi eseguiti.
