Il controllore di temperatura del solvente di Newlead è progettato per valutare le prestazioni di resistenza al solvente di fili smaltati rotondi e piatti con un diametro del conduttore nominale superiore a 0,250 mm. È conforme allo standard esecutivo GB/T4074.4-2008/IEC60851-4 e allo standard di ispezione JB/T4279.10-2008. Questa unità è dotata di un sistema di riscaldamento del solvente che mantiene automaticamente una temperatura costante, consente di effettuare correzioni di temperatura ed è dotata di timer per il controllo delle prove e della loro conclusione. Da utilizzare in combinazione con il tester di resistenza ai solventi NRS-100, i suoi parametri tecnici includono una temperatura massima di servizio di 100 ℃, con un margine di errore tra la temperatura indicata e quella reale inferiore a 3 ℃. Il suo intervallo di tempo regolabile va da 0,01 secondi fino a 99 ore e 99 minuti. L'unità opera con una potenza di ingresso di AC220V ± 10% a 50Hz e consuma meno di 400W, con dimensioni di 240 × 288 × 340 mm e un peso di 6 kg.
