Description
Le testeur de résistance aux solvants est conçu pour évaluer la performance de résistance aux solvants sur des fils émaillés ronds et plats ayant un diamètre de conducteur nominal supérieur à 0,250 mm. Il est conforme aux normes exécutives GB/T4074.4-2008 et IEC60851-4, et l'inspection suit la norme JB/T4279.10-2008. Grâce à un contrôle par microprocesseur (SCM) qui facilite une opération rapide et une grande capacité d'anti-interférences, l'appareil garantit un mouvement de crayon stable et sans vibrations, grâce à son système de rails linéaires de précision.
Le testeur permet le placement et le déplacement automatiques du crayon, ainsi que le retour automatique à la position initiale. Il peut être combiné avec le contrôleur thermostatique de solvants JRK-60 pour une régulation précise de la température. De plus, il est équipé d'un taille-crayon automatique MBQ-60 qui affûte la pointe du crayon à un angle symétrique de 60° par rapport à son axe. La fixation des échantillons se fait rapidement et simplement.
