Description
Le rhéomètre sans rotor YN41096 permet d'obtenir la courbe et les paramètres caractéristiques de cuisson des matériaux en caoutchouc, en mesurant le couple appliqué au corps de matrice en mouvement de va-et-vient. Le modèle YN41096 offre une excellente répétabilité et stabilité. Dans des conditions de 160°C et 12 minutes, il permet d'effectuer des tests continus sur un échantillon de caoutchouc mélangé de manière appropriée, avec une variation de T90 de seulement quelques secondes. Il comprend une puissante base de données pour le stockage, la sortie et l'impression de multiples courbes dans une seule interface, ainsi que des options de temps de brûlage (Ts1, Ts2, T10, T20… T90), la sélection de plages de mesure, le tracé de courbes d'échantillons et la capture de données à l'écran.
