Description
Le testeur de flamme inclinée pour câbles et fils individuels est principalement conçu pour évaluer les performances des câbles basse tension non blindés dans les véhicules automobiles de 60 V à 600 V, conformément aux normes de résistance à la flamme et de résistance horizontale applicables dans l'industrie automobile. Cet équipement permet de mesurer le comportement du câble dans des conditions de feu, avec des essais basés sur la méthode d'inclinaison à 45°. Pendant l'essai, le câble est fixé à ses deux extrémités et placé dans une enveloppe métallique à trois surfaces métalliques. On utilise un brûleur, en maintenant la pointe de la flamme bleue à 50 mm du câble incliné. L'essai est conforme aux normes ISO6722-2006, QC/T 730-2205 et GB/T 2508/5-2010.
