El Probador de Rayado Recíproco está diseñado para medir la resistencia al rayado de capas de recubrimiento y aislamiento en cables y alambres planos de 0,800 a 5,600 mm (lado angosto), así como alambres redondos esmaltados de 0,100 a 5,000 mm de diámetro nominal. Cumple con estándares NEMA y JIS y el estándar de inspección JB/T4279.15-2008. Este probador permite un control rápido y eficiente mediante SCM, ofreciendo alta capacidad anti-interferencia. Su mesa de soporte para muestras se eleva y desciende de forma paralela, manteniendo el contacto completo con la muestra. La aguja de rayado es vertical a la dirección de rayado y paralela a la mesa de soporte, y el proceso de rayado se detiene automáticamente cuando el revestimiento se raspa y la corriente es ≥5 mA. Una pantalla LED muestra automáticamente el número de rayados realizados.
