Description
El controlador de temperatura de solvente de Newlead está diseñado para evaluar el rendimiento de resistencia al solvente de cables esmaltados redondos y planos con un diámetro de conductor nominal superior a 0,250 mm. Cumple con el estándar ejecutivo GB/T4074.4-2008/IEC60851-4 y el estándar de inspección JB/T4279.10-2008. Esta unidad cuenta con un sistema de calentamiento de solvente que mantiene automáticamente una temperatura constante, permite realizar correcciones de temperatura, y está equipada con temporizador para el control de pruebas y finalización. Para ser utilizado en combinación con el probador de resistencia a solventes NRS-100, sus parámetros técnicos incluyen una temperatura máxima de servicio de 100 ℃, con un margen de error entre la temperatura indicada y la real menor a 3 ℃. Su rango de tiempo ajustable va de 0.01 segundos hasta 99 horas y 99 minutos. La unidad opera con una potencia de entrada de AC220V ± 10% a 50Hz y consume menos de 400W, con dimensiones de 240 × 288 × 340 mm y un peso de 6 kg.
