Das Lackabkratzprüfgerät für lackierte Drähte ist dafür ausgelegt, die Widerstandsfähigkeit der Beschichtung von runden lackierten Drähten mit einem Nennleiterdurchmesser von mehr als 0,250 mm zu messen und entspricht den Normen GB/T4074.3-2008 und IEC60851-3 sowie der Inspektionsnorm JB/T4279.9-2008. Sein SCM-Steuersystem ermöglicht einen schnellen Betrieb und eine hohe Störfestigkeit. Es führt automatisch den gesamten Prüfablauf durch und berechnet den Durchschnitt der Abkratzkräfte aus drei Versuchen. Der Probenhaltertisch hebt und senkt sich parallel und gewährleistet so einen gleichmäßigen Kontakt. Die Präzisions-Linearführung stellt sicher, dass der Kratzer während der Bewegung keine Vibrationen aufweist. Wenn die Beschichtung abgekratzt ist und der Leiter auf weniger als 3 mm freiliegt, stoppt der Kratzer automatisch. Die fortschrittliche Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstelle bietet Anleitungen zum Ablauf und zeigt die Prüfergebnisse an. Die Daten können automatisch an einen Computer übertragen werden, um sie im Qualitätsprüfmanagementsystem DMS-15 für lackierte Wickeldrähte zu speichern und zu analysieren.
