Der Reziproke Kratzprüfer ist für die Messung der Kratzfestigkeit von Beschichtungs- und Isolierschichten auf Flachkabeln und -drähten mit einer schmalen Seite von 0,800 bis 5,600 mm sowie auf runden lackisolierten Drähten mit einem Nenndurchmesser von 0,100 bis 5,000 mm ausgelegt. Er entspricht den NEMA- und JIS-Normen sowie der Prüfnorm JB/T4279.15-2008. Dieser Prüfer ermöglicht eine schnelle und effiziente Steuerung per SCM und bietet eine hohe Störfestigkeit. Sein Probenauflagetisch hebt und senkt sich parallel und hält dabei den vollständigen Kontakt mit der Probe. Die Kratznadel steht senkrecht zur Kratzrichtung und parallel zur Probenauflage; der Kratzprozess stoppt automatisch, wenn die Beschichtung zerkratzt wird und der Strom ≥5 mA beträgt. Eine LED-Anzeige zeigt automatisch die Anzahl der durchgeführten Kratzer an.
