Der intelligente automatische Prüfer für Dehnung und Aufwicklung bei niedriger Temperatur ist eine fortschrittliche automatische Prüfmaschine, die die Funktionen der Kaltdehnung und Wickelprüfungen kombiniert. Die HMI-Schnittstelle ermöglicht eine intelligente und einfache Bedienung und enthält einen Mikrodrucker zum Ausdrucken der Prüfdaten. Dieses Gerät verfügt über vier Vorrichtungen: eine Hoch- und Niedertemperatur-Prüfkammer, eine motorisierte Kaltspannungsvorrichtung, eine Kaltwickelprüfvorrichtung und eine Kaltaufprallprüfvorrichtung.
Die Prüfkammer simuliert Hoch- und Niedertemperaturumgebungen und wird häufig zur Bewertung der Anpassungsfähigkeit elektrischer und elektronischer Produkte an diese extremen Bedingungen eingesetzt. Sie prüft auch die Korrosionsbeständigkeit der Proben. Die Kaltspannungsvorrichtung ist ideal für Dehnungstests von Polymermaterialien, Drähten und Kabeln, Gummi- und Kunststoffummantelungen unter Bedingungen von -40 ℃/-60 ℃/-70 ℃. Ihre Konstruktion entspricht der Norm GB/T2951-2008.
Die Kaltwickelprüfvorrichtung ist geeignet für runde isolierte Adern mit einem Außendurchmesser bis 12,5 mm und für fächerförmige isolierte Kabeladern. Wenn der Kabelproduktstandard dies vorschreibt, muss der Test an großen isolierten Adern durchgeführt werden. Die Kaltaufprallprüfvorrichtung wird auf Kabel mit PVC-Ummantelung angewendet, unabhängig von der Isolationsart. Darüber hinaus kann sie für nicht ummantelte Kabel mit Polyethylen-Isolation verwendet werden.
