Der Rauchdichteprüfer im 3-m-Würfel ist dafür ausgelegt, die Dichte des Rauches zu messen, der von Kabeln beim Verbrennen unter definierten Bedingungen erzeugt wird. Die Prüfwerte umfassen die optische Dichte (OD) und die spezifische optische Dichte (DS) des Rauches. Dieses Gerät folgt dem Lambert-Beer-Prinzip, misst den Prozentsatz der Lichtdurchlässigkeit des Rauches im Verhältnis zur ursprünglichen Lichtdurchlässigkeit und berechnet die maximale DS mit dem geringsten Prozentsatz der Durchlässigkeit.
Normen: IEC 61034 - 1997 und GB/T17651.1～2-1998.
Technische Parameter:
- Verbrennungsvorrichtung: Enthält Zündvorrichtungen mit langem Stab für die Sicherheit des Prüfpersonals und eine Prüfhalterung aus Edelstahl mit automatischer Klemme.
- Edelstahl-Alkoholschale: Innenmaße des Bodens: 210 mm × 110 mm; der Oberseite: 240 mm × 140 mm; Höhe: 80 mm.
- Optisches System: Verwendet eine Lichtquelle des neu strukturierten optischen Systems, importiert aus Deutschland. Der Lichtempfänger besteht aus importierten hochauflösenden Detektoren. Wolfram-Quarz-Halogenlampe mit einer Spannung von 12V DC, Leistung 100W, Lichtstrom von 2000 lm bis 3000 lm und einer Nenntemperatur von 2800K bis 3200K. Der Lichtstrahl der Linse ist auf 1,5 m ± 0,1 m einstellbar.
- Prüfsoftware: Enthält die DAQ-Software für Rauchdichte und ein Kalibriersystem für den Lichtweg (Kalibrierpunkte bei 0 und 100 %), kompatibel mit Laptops und Desktop-Computern.
- Standardventilator: Lüfterwelle mit einer Höhe von 200 bis 300 mm; Blattdurchmesser von 300 ± 60 mm; Luftstrom von 7 bis 15 m³/min.
