Der automatische Rückprallwinkelprüfer ist für die Messung der Rückprallfestigkeit von runden lackierten Drähten mit einem Nenndurchmesser des Leiters zwischen 0,080 mm und 1,600 mm ausgelegt und erfüllt die Normen GB/T4074.3-2008/IEC60851-3 und JB/T4279.4-2008. Das SCM-Steuerungssystem gewährleistet einen schnellen Betrieb und eine hohe Störfestigkeit sowie einen automatischen Stopp nach 5 Umdrehungen. Der Sensor muss für Proben unterschiedlicher Spezifikationen nicht eingestellt werden, und die Spulen werden langsam gelöst, ohne abrupte Rückprälle. Eine LED-Anzeige erfasst und zeigt die Testergebnisse automatisch an, wobei der Fehler zwischen dem angezeigten Wert und dem auf der Skala angegebenen Wert nicht mehr als ±1° beträgt. Das Gerät ist einfach zu bedienen und zeichnet sich durch hohe Empfindlichkeit und hervorragende Wiederholbarkeit aus.
