Der Isolationswiderstandsmesser ist ein ideales Instrument zur Prüfung isolierender elektrischer Materialien, Kabel und Drähte, zur Messung des antistatischen Widerstands sowie des Isolationswiderstands anderer elektrischer Produkte. Er verwendet die fortschrittlichsten internationalen Hochwiderstands- und Mikrostromkomponenten, was hohe Genauigkeit, hohe Auflösung, Störfestigkeit, stabile Ablesung, kompakte Größe, einfachen Transport und einfache Bedienung sowie eine Universalbatterie gewährleistet. Dieses Messgerät wird vom Forschungsinstitut für Elektrokabel in Shanghai (SECRI) seit Jahren als wesentliche Ausrüstung für Produktionsgenehmigungen empfohlen.
