Die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Verdrillmaschine YB-1+6+12 ist für Standardleiter 1+6+12 ausgelegt. Zu den Leistungsparametern gehören ein Bereich für Einzelleiterfilamente mit einem Durchmesser von 0,15 bis 0,64 mm und ein Verdrill-Durchmesserbereich für 1+6 von 1,2 bis 1,92 mm. Die Maschine unterstützt Drahtspulen in den Größen 0200 mm x 030 mm x 190 mm und 0185 mm x 030 mm x 180 mm, anpassbar an Kundenanforderungen. Mit einer Bogenschwenkgeschwindigkeit von 3000 U/min verfügt diese Ausrüstung über ein Feder-Spannungsregelsystem zur Regelung der Spulenspannung und ermöglicht kontinuierliche Geschwindigkeitsanpassungen zur Änderung der Verdrillsteigung. Der Hauptmotor ist ein Wechselstrommotor mit einer Leistung von 7,5 KW für 1+6 und 5,5 KW. Die Kapazität pro Spule beträgt etwa 15 kg und die Maschine verfügt über ein manuelles System zum Umschalten der Drehrichtung des Motors. Die Schmierung erfolgt mit Fett, der Geräuschpegel liegt unter 75 Dezibel, und die Maschinenabmessungen betragen 2800 mm Länge, 1205 mm Breite und 1310 mm Höhe, bei einem Gewicht von 1500 kg.
