Die Serie von automatischen Hochgeschwindigkeitsgeräten zum Aufwickeln von Kabeln (speziell für Flachkabel entwickelt) von Newlead ist ideal zum Aufwickeln und Verpacken von Flachkabeln wie ummantelten Kabeln, parallelen Kabeln und Audiokabeln. Diese fortschrittliche Maschine bietet mehrere wichtige Funktionen:
- Schnelles Expansions- und Freigabesystem, das den Bindevorgang in nur 2-3 Sekunden abschließt. Die Auflageplatte ist verstellbar, was das Verpacken und Entnehmen des Bündels erleichtert, mit einer einstellbaren Bindehöhe zwischen 40 und 100 mm. Zusätzlich kann ein universeller Kugellagerrahmen enthalten sein, der an verschiedene Kabeltypen anpassbar ist.
- Verstellbare kombinierte Aluminium-Radführung, die eine Kabelführung zwischen 5 und 17 mm ermöglicht und während des Aufwickelvorgangs Präzision und Stabilität gewährleistet.
- Angetriebene Kabelzusammensetzungsvorrichtung für präzise Ausrichtung, mit verstellbaren Führungsradbasen (eine vorne und eine hinten), die die Stabilität des Kabels während des Prozesses sicherstellt.
- Die multifunktionale Funktion dieses Geräts ermöglicht es, die Betriebsart je nach Kabeltyp zu ändern. Mit einem Schalter kann die Ausrichtungsvorrichtung für Flachkabel aktiviert und für Rundkabel deaktiviert werden.
