Der Lösungsmitteltemperaturregler von Newlead ist dafür ausgelegt, die Lösungsmittelbeständigkeit von runden und flachen lackierten Drähten mit einem Nennleiterdurchmesser über 0,250 mm zu prüfen. Er entspricht der Ausführungsnorm GB/T4074.4-2008/IEC60851-4 und der Inspektionsnorm JB/T4279.10-2008. Dieses Gerät verfügt über ein Lösungsmittelheizsystem, das automatisch eine konstante Temperatur aufrechterhält, Temperaturkorrekturen ermöglicht und mit einem Timer zur Steuerung von Prüfungen und Abschluss ausgestattet ist. Zur Verwendung in Kombination mit dem Lösungsmittelbeständigkeitsprüfer NRS-100 umfassen seine technischen Parameter eine maximale Betriebstemperatur von 100 ℃, mit einer Fehlertoleranz zwischen angezeigter und tatsächlicher Temperatur von weniger als 3 ℃. Der einstellbare Zeitbereich reicht von 0,01 Sekunden bis 99 Stunden und 99 Minuten. Das Gerät arbeitet mit einer Eingangsleistung von AC220V ± 10% bei 50Hz und verbraucht weniger als 400W, mit Abmessungen von 240 × 288 × 340 mm und einem Gewicht von 6 kg.
