Das intelligente Zugfestigkeitsprüfgerät ist nach den Qualitätsstandards GB/T4074.3-2008/IEC60851-3 und der Prüfnorm JB/T4279.3-2008 konstruiert und eignet sich für Metalldrähte mit einer Zugfestigkeit von bis zu 3000 N. Nach Eingabe der Probengröße berechnet das Instrument automatisch die Zugfestigkeit und bietet eine fortschrittliche Benutzeroberfläche, die den Prüfablauf führt und die Ergebnisse für Dehnung, Zugkraft und Zugfestigkeit anzeigt. Es verfügt über zwei Prüfmodi: Mikrodraht sowie mittlere und große Drähte, sowie austauschbare Sensoren von 50 N bis 3000 N mit automatischem Überlastschutz.
Die enthaltene Software ermöglicht den Online-Betrieb und die Steuerung des Geräts, die Datenanalyse und den Vergleich von Proben mit Spannungs-Dehnungs-Kurvendiagrammen von bis zu 15 Proben in verschiedenen Farben. Die Testergebnisse können nummeriert, gespeichert und automatisch nach Zeit sortiert werden, mit der Option, gedruckte Berichte zu erstellen. Es verfügt über eine Selbstkalibrierungsfunktion, einen Servomotor und eine hochpräzise Spindel. Die Spannbacken sind für eine bequeme Be- und Entladung der Proben ausgelegt, und alle Daten können automatisch an ein Qualitätsprüfmanagementsystem DMS-15 für lackierte Drähte übertragen werden.
