Das intelligente Hochspannungs-Foliendurchgangsprüfgerät ist eine fortschrittliche Ausrüstung, ideal zum Prüfen der Foliendurchgängigkeit an runden Lackdrahtproben mit Leiterdurchmessern zwischen 0,050 mm und 1,600 mm. Es entspricht den Normen GB/T4074.5-2008/IEC60851-5 und der Inspektionsnorm JB/T4279.13-2008. Mit einem hochwertigen SCM-Steuerungssystem gewährleistet es einen schnellen Betrieb und eine hohe Störfestigkeit.
Es umfasst acht einstellbare Prüfspannungsstufen (350V, 500V, 750V, 1000V, 1500V, 2000V, 2500V und 3000V) und ermöglicht Prüflängen von 0 bis 99 Metern. Der Prüfprozess ist automatisch und zeigt sowohl die Verdrahtungslänge als auch die Anzahl der erkannten Mikrodefekte an. Ein bürstenloser Elektromotor dient als Zugmotor, ergänzt durch ein Führungsrad und eine Aufnahmerolle. Die Leiterplatte ist gegen statische Aufladung und Feuchtigkeit behandelt und gewährleistet nach Langzeit-Alterungstests eine hohe Stabilität und Langlebigkeit.
Alle Prüfdaten werden automatisch an einen übergeordneten Computer gesendet, wo sie über das DMS-15-Verwaltungssystem für die Qualitätsprüfung von Lackdrähten gespeichert und analysiert werden. Zu den wichtigsten technischen Parametern gehören ein Prüfspannungsfehler unter 5%, ein stationärer Kurzschlussstrom von 25±5μA, ein durch Widerstandsdefekte von 50MΩ verursachter Spannungsabfall unter 75%, eine Ansprechzeit der Defekterkennungsschaltung von 5±1 ms, eine Defektzählfrequenz von 500±10 n/min und eine Probengeschwindigkeit von 16,5±1,5 m/min. Es arbeitet in einer Umgebung von 0 bis 40 ℃ und bis zu 85% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Eingangsleistung beträgt AC220V±10% bei 50Hz und der Verbrauch liegt unter 200W.
